Job Site Inspections
Premier Risk Management provides two levels of inspections for Commercial Wallboard Systems. The initial inspection on a new project is referred to as a “Pre-Construction” Safety Inspection. Once the project is underway, all additional inspections are considered as “Work in Progress” Safety Inspections.
Pre-Construction Safety Inspections
Prior to the start of each new project. Premier Risk Management conducts an onsite “pre-construction” inspection for safety in order to identify and abate any potential hazards that could impact our employees. These job site inspections are coordinated through Commercial Wallboard Systems and the general contractor and are attended by our project foremen and general superintendent. These inspections have become a very effective tool in our ongoing efforts to provide a safe work environment for all of our employees. The reports generated from these inspections help to educate our crews as to what the existing site conditions are like; while also highlighting any unusual activity or condition that may pose a safety hazard to our employees.
Work in Progress Safety Inspections
Each active project is inspected by a Premier Risk Management safety officer on a routine basis throughout the duration of the project. All of these work-in-progress inspections are performed on an “unannounced” basis. The reports generated from these inspections provide us with an unbiased analysis of the actual site conditions and the performance of our employees as it relates to safety and health issues on the job site.
